I am trying to delete my True Key account so that I can create a new one, as I do not have my Master Password, and none of my devices are being recognise as the trusted device, despite the fact I originally used my laptop to set up the account.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @BucksheeTom,
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Please try to reset the password from one of your mobile devices as it might work if they are trusted. If it doesn't work we will help you in deleting and creating a new Truekey account. Also, we would like to keep you informed that, if you delete your current Truekey account you will lose all the logins saved in it.
We look forward to hear back from you.
Thanks,
Karthikeyan J
Hi,
I tried using a mobile device but no luck, so I think a full delete will be the only option.
Kind Regards
