So just to confirm for the benefit of all the included on this thread, you were upgraded to Firefox v.79.0 and saw the issue with the empty True Key launchpad? Are you still seeing this issue or is it already been fixed for you?

Are you importing or exporting, if you are importing what are you importing from (from another True Key account or from a password manager)?

Ok understood, i will look into this on Monday because we still need to have a functional way to import to your True Key account using the TK Firefox browser extension.

I can certainly understand that, but rest assure that besides in extreme situations your saved assets are not device or platform specific but really there are on your account and as long as your device is trusted you should not have an issue to recover them.
Also, having an alternative browser extension for your True Key account is a good fallback.
