Truekey Not Working

I need to know the nature of this outage.  It is costing me work and therefore money........ communication with your customers is a necessity in this situation.  how long is this likely to be the case for, and when can i expect to get back to work!

The issue has been fixed from the backend, We request you to login to the trukey again and update us the outcome.
