TrueKey: "Something went wrong"

I've been using TrueKey for years on both Iphone and Ipad. Never had any problems. Have a subscription as part of my BT account.

As from today I get the message "Something went wrong" on my iphone 13 whenever I try to login to TrueKey. It does face-id then presents the error.

I tried it on my Ipad and the same thing happens.

I reinstalled the App on my Iphone but now the error is presented as soon as the app is loaded (even before I try to log in).

I have no access to my stored information and depend on this for all my accounts. Any ideas?

How was this issue solved? I have the same problem now on all devices (IPhone, IPad, Chrome)

Re: TrueKey: "Something went wrong"

This now appears to have "fixed itself". I can log-in. It seemed to be a temporary error on McAfee's side.
