TrueKey doesnot recognise my password anymore

Since this morning, TrueKey does not recognise my password anymore, both on my PC in Windows 10 (updated) and my cellphone in Android.

After a waiting time period, I get an error message telling me that there is a problem of connection to the servers True Key...

When I try to change my password, I first got a message of error without details, then at the 2nd or 3rd attemp, I got another message stating that I have desactivate the possibility to change a forgotten password....

True Key is totally blocked !!!

Same situation on the PC and Android phone..

Any help ?? Thanks

Re: TrueKey doesnot recognise my password anymore

I finally succeeded in changing my password. With the new password, the app continues to function slowly, needing repeated attempts to finally opening the program. And on the phone only !

Re: TrueKey doesnot recognise my password anymore

This software costs me £80 per year!  Freeware software that does the same job is freely available. Why should I pay a premium for an app that has prevented me from accessing any of my passwords for 24 hours?
