TrueKey does not work on new PC.Worked with your CS personnel, and he/she was not able to help.
Browser: Chrome and Edge
1. I login
2. Asked to check my email and "Confirm it's me"
3. I click on "Confirm Access" from my email
4. It says "Access Granted"
5. Truekey keeps spinning and then eventually takes me back to login screen
Btw, I have 148 logins, not sure if that is too much for TrueKey to handle. I created a free account using another email and the page loads without any issues. I have a feeling that it is taking too much time fetching my profile details and timesout.

I have 148+ profiles , i have a feeling it may have something to do with this issue,

McAfee is aware of this issue and working towards a fix as soon as possible. In the meantime Please let us know if you are able to access true key on any other alternate device (Mobile, ipad etc). We will keep you updated as we receive more info on this issue.

It has been more than a month since this issue is brought to your(McAfee) notice. Now my ONLY device which was operational also does not work. Your extension keeps spinning and then returns to login screen.
At this point I am UNABLE to login to any of the 148 web sites I have in my profile, rendering your product a total waste. I am left with no option but to disassociate myself from McFee, hence I am requesting for full refund so i can move on..

Hi, I do not have any solution and I do not think McAfee will ever address it either. I will be soon moving to a different tool.
