TrueKey authentification email not received

After a HD replacement on my laptop, I can not connect to my TrueKey account because I never receive the authentification email. Note that, I can connect to my account from my smartphone. But, from the smartphone app, I tried to make McAfee send an email to add a new device. Again, the mail is never received.

Note that I have checked the different folders of my mailbox, and I have checked that I can receive some emails on my account from another source.

How can I authenticate my account?

Kindly search for any emails from truekey on your inbox and delete them.

Try sending the email again and check if you are able to receive it.

If issue persists contact support by clicking on the link below.

Hello,

I have contacted my mail provider. The True Key sender's address is not blocked from my provider's servers.

Finally I have received several authentification emails from TrueKey but with a so long delay (several hours) compared to the request that the enclosed link is always expired. So, my provider suggests that TrueKey servers might be overloaded.

Could you check the delay spent by TrueKey servers to send the authentification mail please?

Hello. My problem is still present.

Additional information, I tried to get an email from McAfee LiveSafe application to install it on another computer. I never receive it.

If I make LifeSafe to send an email directly to an email address on the other computer, the mail arrives in temily manner.

What's wrong with my email address?

Hello.

Please forget my previous message about McAfee LiveSafe. The mails were filtered and directed into a commercial folder.

However, my problem persist with TrueKey on my computer. I also tried another way : Connect on my smartphone to TrueKey and ask to send an email for PC installation. Here again, the mail is not received.

Note also I required my provider to check again and he confirms the mail adress  of truekey is not filtered by the servers.

So please, could you check that the authentification mails are effectively sent to me?
