Good morning Simon,

Needless to say that for the CSV import template to work the platform you are importing from would be key. I believe last time you were doing this from an Edge browser which now is the old Edge and it has been replaced by the new Edge that uses the True Key extension. Let me know which browser you are importing from and if you seen this issue across all browsers when it comes to importing to the .CSV file.
