True Key will not trust any object I sign-in too,

Logging into True Key from my Microsoft Edge, the app will not trust my computer, or any device/object after I get logged in. My login w/master password is sent to my Android Phone (for me to acknowledge), I then get a pop-up on MS Edge if I want to "Trust this Device?", I click yes and proceed. Unfortunately I have to do this each time. What do I have to do to remidy this issue? Thanks, Mr. B

Re: True Key will not trust any object I sign-in too,

Good morning,

Let's before we start looking at the Edge True Key extension more specifically make sure that you dont have your Edge browser turned on to clear your browsing date upon exiting your Edge browser as indicated on the attached picture.

Thanks,

Marc D.
