I've never had a problem signing in to True Key previously. I use Mozilla Firefox as my browser. I've had my laptop turned off for a couple of weeks and when I try to sign in I enter my email and my master password, I get a message to check my email to confirm access. I do that and I receive an "access granted" screen but then it starts all over again from the enter email/master password point. What's going on?

Can you please tell me if you are seeing still this issue?
Can you also tell me more about your environment, what is the True Key version you are running, is this the desktop standalone app (opens the launchpad in the desktop) or the extension first (opens the launchpad on the browser)?
If it is extension first, can you please go to www.truekey.com with the Chrome browser and download the True Key Chrome extension and see if the issue is seen using Chrome?

Last night I tried to sign in one more time and when I got the "access granted" message true key actually opened. Thanks
