Hi there,
I try to log in on my new Mac Book and True Key checks my Masterpassword and my eMail-Confirmation. After that, it says "Access granted" but nothing happens. It is still "off" and I can repeat this again and again.
After that, I switched off the 2-Factor-Authentification on my old device, but the new one asks still for the confirmation...
Same thing with the app.
Any ideas?

Thanks for the update. Please let us know if you are facing this issue only in this device(mac). Have you tried logging in Truekey in any alternate device like windows PC or mobile , ipad etc.
