I get, "An unexpected error occurred", and there is nowhere I can find that covers this problem.:
We were experiencing some network-related issues this morning that impacted several services. I'm told most of the services have been restored and they are working on the last issue now.
My suggestion is to wait for a few minutes, clear your browser cache, and then try again.
I agree with Doug, this seems to be outside of our application and most likely related to networking.
Rebooting the system and trying reinstalling again is probably a good idea.
