I am from McAfee Engineering. I wanted to know the version of McAfee which is installed on the PC. This will give me an idea on the issue and help me to suggest a work around or so.

Well, I've McAfee Live Safe - Internet Security. The version of Security Center is 14.0 (build 14.0.7080). From McAfee installed software I also have: Personal Firewall, WebAdvisor, Anti-Spam, Parental Controls, Vulnerability Scanner, QuickClean and Shredder.

Hi

Please try the below steps and see if it helps

1. Open McAfee GUI > Navigation > General Settings and Alerts > Access Protection > Uncheck and Apply

2. Now Open Truekey and see if you are able to click the blue button

3. Whatever be the result enable access Protection by following step 1

I didn't try your method, but perhaps it would works as well.
Actually I figured out my problem. Sorry, I didn't have a time to answer last week. Well, seems the problem was related to McAfee Internet Security which was in the process of scanning the computer or updating the version. At least, I think so. Maybe not... Anyway, when those both process were finally finished, True Key started to work without any problems.
Btw, True Key works quite good even wtih Firefox, so I'm so glad about it!
