For the last couple of weeks, I tried logging into Truekey on my PC and an error occur:
"There seems to be a problem connecting to the True Key servers.
Try again, or sign in offline using your Master Password."
I can connect on my chrome extension, but on the PC software, I'll have to work on offline mode to get it to work.
Ok let me get this, you are not able to logging to True Key using your standalone desktop True Key app?
But you can log in normally using your Chrome extension.
Have you tried reinstalling the desktop standalone app?

You are correct. The desktop app does not work for me. I tried reinstalling twice and it still gives me the same error.
In addition, when I go to https://www.truekey.com/ and click "Download -- It's free", it goes to the chrome extension right away. I have to go to https://www.truekey.com/download to download the desktop app.

I've been having the same problem for about 4 days. I have uninstalled and reinstalled True Key with the same result. The Chrome extension isn't working either. Just growing weary of the constant glitches with True Key.
Marc (this is the third time, I have tried to reply to you). Once I click reply, the message is "sent" but 10mins later, the reply disappears.
What you mentioned is correct. I tried reinstalling the standalone desktop app TWICE but the problem continues to persist. Not to mention, when I tried to redownload Truekey on the website -- "Download, It's Free" goes directly to the chrome extension. I have to end up manually typing https://truekey.com/download to get to the desktop download option.
