True Key (migrated from the earlier free password box) requires a master password each time using my Chrome extension, on the PC in my home. However, the office computer automatically logs me in using my Chrome account...how do I reverse this situation? I want to make my home PC a trusted device, and 'untrust' my office PC.
I am not using facial recognition, but a master password.
I see my home PC listed under settings as a trusted device, however, it always asks for the master PW each time I open Chrome. My office PC? Never asks for the master PW.
Home PC trusted device block and the Activate key are greyed out...only the Master Password and Face are selectable.

Hi @Sun-Tzu,
My understand about your concern with True Key is that you have two devices which True Key is installed and using the same True Key login credential which one device allows you to sign in without having to enter your Master Password and your personal computer show as a trusted device which you will like to un-trust the computer at work and have your personal computer set to be the trusted device.
First, you need to sign in to True Key on your home PC and check in settings under Trusted Device by clicking on Manage, then check how many Chrome is listed as a Trusted Device. If you have multiple Chrome as Trusted Device, you need to delete the Chrome listed and just have the one at the very top, also try deleting multiple Trusted Devices under the same devices listed in Trusted Device.
Sign out from your True Key Profile and then sign in again, check settings again under Trusted Devices and see how many Chrome is listed under Trusted Device.
If you still need more assistance with your concern, please do reply.
Thanks,
Felix
