Thank you for your response. 

I use Chrome in Mac OS Sonoma. I guessed I accepted to use the passkey after recovering Sonoma with the latest version. Then, all applications with passwords were locked because I used the True key for the password manager.
Then, I recovered the OS and all applications, including McAfee Total Protection and True Key.
Also, I deleted McAfee's Total Protection and True Key from my iPhone. However, after recovering the password, I can log in to McAfee Total Protection.

I can not log in to True Key because the screen shows 'Use trusted device'.

I have tried to use Support Chat, but it has not responded to my request. I waited more than 30 minutes, but nothing had been said.

Then, what can I do now with my tearing?😢

Hi, @Sue423 the only person who can help you is McAfee support team. If chat support were unable to understand your problems and were unable to provide a solution to your issues then ask the chat support team to provide the toll free number of your region or country. You have to do a telephonic conversation to resolve this issue you are facing. I hope your issues gets resolved soon. Do let me know here once its resolved. Also no need to panic as Truekey profile or account is not easily lost. The appropriate teams like Tier 2 or higher will be able to help you. But first go through telephonic calls and let me know here how it goes.
