True Key Down

Like others, I am unable to access True Key or any of my passwords. No option to even access it offline on a Win 10 using Edge or Chrome. This is totally unacceptable! At least when we had the standalone desktop app we could access our passwords.

McAfee is, in essence, holding users hostage by not having a viable workaround to access passwords when their system is down. McAfee, not only do you need to get True Key back up stat, you need to provide an alternate way access it when YOUR servers are having issues!

Re: True Key Down

This software costs me £80 per year!  Freeware software that does the same job is freely available. Why should I pay a premium for an app that has prevented me from accessing any of my passwords for 24 hours?
