Three questions for using True Key

Three questions on using True Key:

1. Does the Windows True Key app need to be open for it to auto-login to websites that I open (PC-Windows 10)?

2. Do I need to click on the website name in the True Key app for it to work properly, or can I just click on a website link in Google?

3. Can true Key be used to log-in to software being opened in Windows 10 (not a web page)?T

Re: Three questions for using True Key

Good morning,

Regarding your questions:

1- For the auto-login to happen you would need to have signed in to the True Key app (online), if the app is offline it won't connect to the logins you have stored therefore auto-login will fail.

2- Once you have signed in to your True Key app, you would have to options to auto-login to your stored logins, first is though your launchpad where all your logins are stored within your True Key app, clicking directly on the login tile it will connect auto-login to this website or directly from your browser (Chrome, Firefox) where a True Key extension has been installed.

3- Most apps use a website URL for credentials authentications so an user can typically connect from any website, True Key will generally perform better with websites URL's but I have seen no-websites logins work in TK but it is something you can test for your specific credentials.

Thanks,

Marc D.
