I've had problems with True Key syncing between PCs and iOS app now for several weeks. I've made sure iOS app and browser extensions are all up-to-date with the latest versions, and all browsers are up-to-date. iOS app seems to only sync when not on wifi (e.g. only of mobile data). I've tried rebooting router/wifi APs. If I make a change on one browser, it does not sync on another browser or PC, or on iOS app. Any ideas on how to fix. Thanks.

I was having the same problem. Edge and Chrome extension does not sync data and I couldn't see new accounts on my iPhone and iPad.
The extension goes into syncing...
And then after a second of two into syncing error...
I tried a bunch of ways to troubleshoot the issue. I cleared the browser data and cookies, I reinstalled the extension. Nothing has helped.
But when I completely wiped out the browser, reinstalled it and the extension then I got a different issue I was no longer be able to approve the new device (browser) to log in.
Every time I grant access from my iPhone or iPad to the new browser the extension simply bugs out briefly flashing the error 'That did not work'.
It is a very informative error I must say. Now, I am stuck. I cannot use TrueKey on my windows machine. And I have dozens of account I have to login almost every day!
I hope I am not going to loose all the data from my other devices! I will pursue any legal actions available to me if that happens. I am paying money for the product at the end of the day.

I've reached my limit with this. Turned off auto-renew and ordered a family subscription to Keeper. Bye McAfee.
I have spent hours on the phone with the tech people over this problem. Stopped syncing between computers weeks ago and they have not found a solution!! Whatever you do, do not uninstall and try and do a re-install, If you do, you will run into another problem - you can't sign back in!! Export your file and save it and you will at least have a file that can get you started with another program!

I'm also having this Sync problem, plus I can't get the True Key Extension to install on my wife's laptop (that's another problem).
I'm actively researching a replacement to True Key. What a shame, as I really liked it and used it for over 5 years. I'm tired of being patient...
