Sorting saved Logins of same domain

Hello,

I use several different accounts to login on same domain.

True Key logins-list is sorted alphabetically and the account I use most is in the bottom of the list.

I wish there were alternatives.

1. Best would be if user could manually enter the sort order of list. By using arrows Up and Down or by Dragging and Dropping.

2. Automatically sort list by "last accessed" and/or "most often used"

3. At least favorites should be listed on top.

Re: Sorting saved Logins of same domain

Actually, we can sort the logins other than by alphabetical order. On your right hand side of your launchpad you can click on the menu to choose what type of sorting you like to use:

Most used can easily be the favorites.

Thanks,

Marc D.

Re: Sorting saved Logins of same domain

True, but that's not what I meant.

I tried to describe logging in to a web-site. Login page usually has text-boxes like USERNAME and PASSWORD.

TrueKey fill's these tex-boxes with lists of my saved logins and list is sorted by USERNAME.

I just realized it's sorted by Last added/saved accoount, not alphabetically.

How to sort this list?

Re: Sorting saved Logins of same domain

These profiles can not be sorted alphabetically as you have noticed. Great suggestion to add in https://community.mcafee.com/community/home/ideas

Thanks,

Marc D.

Did you add this in ?

Sorting alhabetically might not be the best option.

1. Best would be if user could manually enter the sort order of list. By using arrows Up and Down or by Dragging and Dropping.

2. Automatically sort list by "last accessed" and/or "most often used"

3. At least favorites should be listed on top.'

For me, sorting alphabetically would be the worst option.

Re: Sorting saved Logins of same domain

The sorting functionality itself barely works. Take a look at this example:

Alpha_Sorting.png

I've selected Alphabetical sorting in the Desktop App, yet it hasn't managed to correctly sort the 1st, 3rd or 4th items with start with characters other than "A". How exactly is this alphabetical sorting? Not much can be said about the other two sorting options either - my most used login is definitely not listed on top.

Re: Sorting saved Logins of same domain

Hi Kaptah, these are great suggestions that we could consider going forward, and I invite you to send them to

Niraj, the alphabetical sorting is by domain (URL) and not by the login title. As I said to Kaptah, please don't hesitate to let us know in the above product ideas link, if you feel we should be using another type of alphabetical sorting.

Thanks,

Marc D.

Re: Sorting saved Logins of same domain

Thanks for the clarification. I think sorting my the name would make more sense than sorting by URL, specially since sub-domains are not sorted (only the base domain is sorted). For example: www.amazon.com appears ahead of aws.amazon.com in my list of logins.
