The interface no longer processes my request to change security settings from basic to advanced. I'm trying to add hello signin with master password. Instead it says "Something went wrong. Please try again."/p

Hi there,
That is what I thought, the issue is adding Windows Hello as a security factor.
In fact, the issue was introduced with the latest Windows 10 update, so we are definetly aware of this and are working to fix it, we are not certain of fix timeline at this time.
Thanks,
Marc D.

Good morning,
I believe the issue is not changing the basic security mode to advanced but rather to add Windows Hello as a security factor. Can you please provide the Windows 10 version you are running on as well as the version of your True Key application?
Thanks,
Marc D.

Thank you for your response.
My Windows 10 version is 1803.
TrueKey Version: 3.1.9219.0
I tried adding Hello and it still does not accept.
Thx
