I recently contacted a totally useless TSR by phone. I wanted to remove 3 of the 5 email addresses I used in the past for True Key. After 1/2 an hour going back and forth trying to make the TSR understand that you can not remove an email address using the app he figured out only a back office person could remove the email addresses so I could reuse the True Key users. He took down the three email mail addresses I wanted removed and said they would be removed within a few days.
Well I have now gotten an email from McAfee saying I needed to update the request in some way and they gave me the serviced request number. I went to Customer Service and entered the service request number 1-100116181 and of course it came back as not existing.
How do I get the three email addresses that I don't use anymore removed from True Key so I can use three new email addresses?
Hi @wkramer28450 ,
Greetings from Mcafee.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I have sent a private message to you, kindly revert with the required details to help you regarding the account deletion.

I responded to your PM as soon as you sent it. You have not contacted me yet even though I gave you my phone number and said to contact me at any time.
Why can't I just have the email addresses I want deleted done by my sending a request using my McAfee accounts email (login)? Talking with you by phone doesn't work especially if you don't call.
From your refusal to respond to my messages I take it that you are no longer supporting True Key.
