As you can see in the screenshots, having multiple login's for the same password does not always work. Maybe the issue is limited to this website. But it's one i use often and hoop you can take a look at it.

I was never able to get the autologin working on my Android phone. I do no use true key on an ipad. I only use truekey on windows desktop in Google Chrome.
Sorry i was unable to test it.
I use True Key in windows on more than one PC. All have the same issue.
Is there anything else i can do from my side? Or do you have enough information to analyze the problem.

Normally you would expect some kind of a response, especially for a product that I am paying for. Are you planning to discontinue TrueKey? I like the product, but this issue is really annoying for me.
Hoop you can give this issue some attention, or at least you can tell me how long i have to wait for a proper answer or fix.
