Instant login stopped working properly in Chrome for Android. Sites that used to login ok now behave erratically. Either password is entered in User ID or nothing is entered and the cursor moves back and forth between fields with nothing entered. It is possible to get it to login with a lot of attempts, either by manually filling the user I'D and position the cursor at the end of the field, or by invoking instant login repeatedly.

We deployed it on May 8th, 3.2.0.3, please check again, the new release version should be in the Play Store, otherwise just cleared the cache of the Play Store and you should definetely see it.
Thanks,
Marc D.
I've noticed the same. I also reported a specific example for Argos website where if you add something to the basket and then checkout you can optionally login. At this point the cursor jumps between login and password so rapidly that Chrome (android) hangs for a while and nothing actually gets filled in.
On the BBC websites if trying to login with my BBC ID it put the password in the login box. For this one I deleted the login from Truekey and let it be captured again. Seemed to fix the problem.
Good morning,
Would you be able to tell me the True Key Android version that you are running. I will also need the installation ID, please refer to this FAQ link to obtain the installation id- https://help.truekey.com/hc/en-us/articles/236414307-How-do-I-locate-and-forward-Installation-ID-inf...
Finally, how many login websites are giving you the problem with the jumping cursor and can you please tell me if reinstalling the True Key app on your Android device fixes this issue.
Thanks,
Marc D.
Version name: 3.2.0.2
Version code: 319684-1265-6718
Installation id: TK:a0ae1377-b3ac-4f56-a95c-b57a837ba703
Chrome version: 58.0.3029.83
So far only one site gives the jumping cursor, but other sites have problem with not filling user ID and password together. Reinstallation of True Key didn't help. I'll check out some others.
Thanks
Hi Richard,
The issue you had was discovered on the same release version you are currently running 3.2.0.2, good news is that we released a new version since last weekend 3.2.0.3 that actually addressed this issue, please look for True Key Android version 3.2.0.3
Thanks,
Marc
How can I get the later version. Google Play Store has 3.2.0.2.
Thanks

New version fixed it for me too. Thanks.
