Import issue

Hello all,

I've been trying to migrate my passwords to true key via csv. Every time I attempt to do so but I always get this message " We couldn't find any items to migrate".

Any solution for this one?

Hi @Former Member,

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, Please help us with the operating system you are working with, any update available on the app and update the app if available. Let us know the version of True Key app installed . Also share the error screen shot to assist further on this issue.

Hi,

I am currently running on MacOS 11.6.1. I have ensured that the application is up to date (version 3.0.0)
