This problem started recently after True Key refused to accept my Master Password, and then refused to accept a replacement until I had dropped it down to nine characters.
To iterate - I have to log in to True Key everytime I open my Browser now, when before I didn't need to unless I had not been using my account for an extended period of time. My profile is set to ask to enter the password after seven (7) days.
Thank you in advance.
Hi @fearlessfred ,
We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused, This is as per the design of the software every 7 days after the TK will get logged out automatically . Kindly Re-login to the TK account and you can save the passwords.
Regards
Nagesh G
I have always been able to operate for weeks without having to enter my Master Password when starting my machine after having been logged off and powered down. So it was only very occasionally that I had to use my Master Password.
"Kindly Re-login to the TK account and you can save the passwords." Which passwords do you mean? I only have one Master Password which now allows me to login to TK.
And where should I enter these passwords, under my profile or in settings? Surely you don't mean my programme/app/website passwords in the main window under Logins - they have not been lost and still work normally.
... John 🙂
