I can not find True key in MIS

Hi

I have bought "Intel McAfee internet security 2017, 3PCs - 1Year Activation " but the problem I can not find  True key. I think it should be there!

How to fix this?

My wife's PC has it showing as available to download and positioned under navigation. If not in features will check up by asking a True key Team member to comment

It show here  True key for McAfee internet security

but in reality it's not, they said it is not part of your subscription !!! o.O   How come!!

Is it not available on your online McAfee account page?

The free version is restricted to only a few passwords anyway.

Actually the (Free) Version allows you to login in up to (15) times using different passwords., if I am not terribly mistaken. After this you are asked to upgrade to the Premium Version. It was my understanding that TrueKey is basically a (Standalone) Feature/Product.

Although with your (Upper) Security Suites like McAfee Total Protection, it is available as a (Feature) for you to install at a later date. Of course quite possibly ​ could add to the discussion and clarify.

Good morning all,

The free version of True Key "Fremium" allows as you said 15 passwords/logins free storage but if your needs wont surpass this passwords storage limitation you can stay with the Fremium version and don't need to upgrade to the Premium version that has virtually no passwords/logins limitations (wallet and safe notes included as well).

Marc the issue is in Mcafee Internet security  details it says True Key included. Where do you install  it from and is this version the free or premium one.
