How do you Import Passwords to True Key from Roboform after a period of use, not on initial use

How do you Import Passwords to True Key from Roboform after a period of use, not on initial use.

I have searched the help, forums, internet and found go to settings top right and select import, but cannot find import in this location or any other as at 11 Feb 2018.

Can anyone help please. Thank you. Bob

Hi Bob,

As you probably found out, there is no direct import-export option from Roboform to True Key. The simplest way would be exporting your data to a browser that has this import option such as Chrome, IE or Firefox to import it back to True Key afterwards.

You can also try doing the same with another password manager that uses a CSV file to backup the data and that True Key recognizes to import it from them (Dashlane or LastPass).

As long as you are able to export your Roboform data in a way that the browser or the pwd manager accepts the format, then importing it to True Key through the TK settings- import page would be easy.

  • Eligibility: McAfee® Identity Monitoring Service Essentials is available within active McAfee Total Protection and McAfee LiveSafe subscriptions with identity monitoring for up to 10 unique emails. Phone number monitoring is enabled upon activation of Automatic Renewal. Not all identity monitoring elements are available in all countries. See Product Terms of Service for more information. 
  • Your subscription is subject to our License Agreement and Privacy Notice. Product features may be added, changed or removed during the subscription term. Some features may require registration and a valid ID number to activate. See System Requirements for additional information.
