Windows hello works on the pc, and the camera works with the true key app. Trying to Windows Hello to work with the Edge extension since all the other face recognition is going away 😞 When i go into setup on the Edge extension and try to turn on Windows hello, a screen comes up saying something about confirming windows hello. It just hangs there, and the camera never comes on. I've rebooted the pc with the same results. What do I do?
Good morning,
We are looking into this issue with Windows Hello, it needs to be integrated back with True Key after a recent MS update. We know of the issue but it needs to be determined the timeline for the fix, as soon as I know more I will let you know.
Thanks,
Marc D.

Let me see if I've got this right. It took 2 MONTHS for someone to reply to my problem. And the answer is that it's broken and we have no idea when it will be fixed. And Windows Hello was promoted as the answer to True Key removing facial recognition. I guess it's time to move to a real password manager.
We are well into 2020, are there any updates if Windows Hello will be fixed as part of the True Key two factor authentication. If not, it shouldn't be an option for Windows Edge browser.
