So far so good!   Its been working great.  all verifications are going to my cell first.   Whatever you did seems to have worked.  Thank you!

Re: 2 Factor Verification - Killing Me

I'm having a frustrating experience with 2 Factor Verification.   I have TK installed on my PC and as an app on my phone.  When signing on in my PC I want TK to send me the swipe verification to my phone.  However, it goes to my email.  I don't want it going to email because it takes longer to get to a website - I have to open email app, go to inbox, wait for the email, open it then verify.  Too many keystrokes!  Now sometimes it does go to my phone but most other times to my email.  Why is that?  Why doesn't it always go to the phone?  Other times it says it is sending the verification to the phone but the swipe prompt doesn't pop up.  Whats determines whether the verification goes to email vs. phone?

Very frustrating????

Hi @Mcboy ,

Our sincere Apologize for this inconvenience. I will have this checked with our Engineering team and get back to you on this. Just for clarification, how do you use TK in your pc? as an app or extension? if extension, on which browser? This information will help our Engineering team to narrow down the issue.

1-TK is an extension in my Firefox.

2-The email I have configured in TK is [removed by admin].

3-Not sure what security setting you want but ithis is what I have set up:

   4/4 Active Factors

    Master Password active

    Second Device Active

    Trusted Email Active

Trusted Devices Active   (devices are Firefox and my Iphone 5s)

Security Level - Advanced

Automatic sign off in 15 mins and logoff when I exit the browser

Ask to save logons for all sites -enabled

Let me know if you need more info.

I don't have the TK app installed on my PC.  Its an extension in Firefox.  There is a TK icon in the Firefox tool bar at top of page that I click to start TK.  I click it and then it asks for my master password.  Then the verification goes to my email most of the time; ocassionally to a swipe prompt on my cell.
