I reached out to McAfee customer service they removed 2 devices and so I get two more devices to be activated but I still not able to use the VPN.
1. already installed VC++.
2. already removed McAfee with MCPR tool and reinstalled
but still I don't have a VPN

I already did all of it , still not able get the VPN . usually customer care phone call takes care of it but not sure what is going as I'm not able to get hold of a tech rep.

I also facing same issue with mca fee VPN. And, it is not able to solve by ourselves. Cannot use VPN anymore since I bought mca fee VPN with expensive.
