I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still to no avail. Any idea what has happened because my plan does include VPN.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
we would like to inform you that upon cheking your subscription we found that you have got McAfee Total Protection - 1 Device license and it doesn't have VPN feature included.
Therefor the VPN feature is not reflecting Under McAfee UI in your PC. we request you to kindly upgrade your subscription with inclusion of VPN feature to use VPN further.

What should I upgrade to then? I have been using it continuously for over 2 years without any problem. Suddenly it's gone and now you said that its service is not included in my subscription. I know that it is included in my subscription, so I hope that this problem will be fixed asap.
