Tototal protection desktop not showing all devices

I was able to update my McAfee subscription, so one cell phone was included in the list of protected devices.  The second cell phone is not listed although it is certainly listed in my account.  In addition, my desktop PC is not listed.

I have 5 devices listed with my account, and only 3 devices are listed with the desktop interface.

Any suggestions for fixing this problem. 

McAfee is up-to-date.

Please perform the below steps to list all protected device.
Disable Access Protection
Open your McAfee Security product.

  1. Select Navigation (or click the cog at the top right)
  2. Select General Settings and Alerts.
  3. Select Access Protection.
  4. De-select Use Access Protection.
  5. Click Apply.
Delete the db files and re-enable the McAfee Home Network service
  1. Go to Program Data\McAfee\MHN.
  2. Delete the files MHNDB.bak and MHNDB.db.
Re-enable Access Protection
  1. Open your McAfee Security product.
  2. Select Navigation (or click the cog at the top right)
  3. Select General Settings and Alerts.
  4. Select Access Protection.
  5. Select Use Access Protection.
  6. Click Apply.

After performing the above steps update update and check is protected devices are listed

Sorry, this did not help.  I could not delete both files.  MHNDB could not be deleted.  I received the message MMSSHOST.exe is open so it could not be deleted.

PS.  I reapplied the Access Protection and ran the update.  Still the same number of devices listed as protected.
