I have a new desktop PC, a Dell Inspiron 3910 and I have been unable install Total Protection from my subscription, I am directed each time to turn to technical support.
Processor, 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400 2.50 GHz
Memory, 12.0 GB (11.7 GB usable)
OS, Windows 11 Pro, 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks, Kumar. I tried 3x yesterday and it failed each time... today, after submitting my query it installed successfully. The only glitch right now is that the application gui seems to be frozen in size... no way to expand the window in order to see all functions, and no way to minimize; it's "frozen" to what you see in the screen capture.
