I have downloaded a new subscription onto 1 computer but when I have logged into "my account online" the new subscription is not showing and therefore I cannot install on other devices. I have tried to email a link but mcafee states no I ternet connection. I have run a pre install check and it states "server is not reachable". I have run all the checks recommended by mcafee with no luck. It states to contact support and although I get a support reference number, the start chat button isn't working either. Any help greatly appreciated.
