Subscription Expiry

Hello,

I received an email saying that my subscription expires on 15th December 2022.

I’ve checked on my desktop and the subscription for that expired on 20th October 2023, which I thought covered my smartphone as well. So, I uninstalled it McAfee from my phone and reinstalled it, but it is still showing as expiring on 15th December 2022.

Can you please tell me what I’ve done wrong, or what should I have done before the 15th please?

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please uninstall McAfee on your mobile device and send link by logging to McAfee account from your machine. Please go through below link for activating paid subscription.
