1. From my McAfee account page, how do I remove a sold PC from protection?
2. From the McAfee user account page, how to remove an inactive PC?

You can remove / deactivate the unused device in which McAfee is installed from McAfee user interface. Please follow the below steps to remove / deactivate the device from McAfee user interface

I used them before but it was not effective.
The My Account interface does not provide an option to remove protection for devices. However, removing protection for devices from McAfee Total Protection in Windows does not work - maybe this option will take some time to work?
