No McAfee Secure VPN tile

Hello,

McAfee Secure VPN suddenly disappeared about 5 days back after an update on my desktop machine. (See the snapshot McAfee total security - VPN missing.jpg). This component is still part of my account subscription, and was working fine for last 5 months. 

Do I need to reinstall this from my account? I have an active subscription and my registered address can be provided in 1-2-1 private message.

Hello Venkat,

We are aware of the steps to uninstall and re-install the McAfee product. So, as I have purchased the license for 10 machines for my family, I should spend time to uninstall and re-install this product on all the machines?? Is this the expectation from McAfee Support?

However, the question still remains how come an update to McAfee Total Protection took off McAfee Secure VPN? Are the updates not tested & verified before being pushed to the production environment to end-users?

Just because we are from Consumer commnity and not the Enterprise User Community, do the McAfee teams responsible for configuring and pushing the updates feel that they can be less responsible? We are licensed users of the product and deserve a quality tech. support from McAfee.
