McAfee Total Protection Expiry Popups

I keep seeing popups on my PC regarding McAfee being "close to expiry" - I have about 2 months left on my subscription and want the ability to turn these off. Is there a way to do so?

I purchase the software once a year and never consented to being prodded to purchase regularly.

Is there a way this can be disabled?

Re: McAfee Total Protection Expiry Popups

Marketing is a law unto themselves. When I was a mod (volunteer) here we used to have weekly calls where we discussed issues with high level techs and this was 1 we tried to get changed. They said they had no pull to get this changed as marketing has the power over this and will not budge.

See if the mods update this comment to a way to do it but as far as I see the answer is no. If you are renewing chase the best price whatever they say call customer service and complain about the price and you may get it far cheaper.

Good luck
