MS outlook login with VPN active

Jump to solution

HI

Win 11 PC, MS Outlook 2016, BT internet.com email account. With VPN active on McAfee Live Safe  logging on email all is present and all correct at first. Then Intermittently the email client, Outlook, will 'drop' and I am invited to enter Outlook logon credentials which are not accepted and the only way to log back in is to disable the VPN. Has any other user had similar?

Thanks.
