Cannot login to account have phoned twice ,advisors cannot solve problem, then told me it is an ongoing problem. This is coming from a wold leading security company?.? Has anybody got a solution or do I wait for an email or requested my money back

Have spoken to 2 advisers one took over ipad one took over Mac book used different styles of passwords received confirmation emails but still not recognised, then was told it is an ongoing issue. Just when you need Mcafee does not work.
