How to block incoming server address

Microsoft keeps sending me forced installs of Microsoft Edge updates and I do not use the Edge browser at all. I use Opera.  I need to block the Microsoft Edge server at https://msedge.api.cdp.microsoft.com and how do I enter that in firewall?

I went to firewall traffic controller and set it to stealth mode and somehow registry scripts in my laptop gets that edge update from Microsoft.

Re: How to block incoming server address

I'm getting tired of the forced installations by Microsoft. They never stop reinstalling and checking for Edge Webview 2 runtime even if I paused windows updates.  I had to remove the Edge update 12 times a day or more. I have it set to Monitored Access under traffic controller.
