Subscription impossible to end!

It has been impossible to access my account for a long time. I tried to get a new password but I never get a recovery mail and now you have deducted my account with over 700sek as I didn’t manage to stop the automatic renewal. And it’s impossible to reach you, only a lot of links and guides but no proper customer connection. Please connect me with someone who can help me as I do not want mcafee as I will not use that computer any more.
