Renovación incorrecta

Buenas,

Acabo de hacer una renovación por dos años y no se exactamente como me ha hecho dos renovaciones, es decir, una renovación hasta el año 2020 y otra hasta el 2022. 

Me deseo es anular esta última y que se me reembolse el dinero
