Reembolso

Buenas tardes

He tratado varios días de realizar un reembolso de su producto y no he tenido éxito, me han hecho un cobro sin aviso a mi tarjeta de crédito, no quiero ni necesito el producto por lo que solicito mi reembolso, por favor
