Reembolso

He enviado el formulario de reembolso y cancelado la renovación automática, mi número de caso es el 00285500, me enviaron un mail indicando que me ponga en contacto con unos números de teléfono que no funcionan, o por medio de un chat que tampoco funciona. Me he registrado en esta comunidad y tambien el link para confirmar demoró un día en llegar al correo.

Mi pregunta es: Que más debo hacer para recibir mi reembolso, no necesito el programa.
