Using my online VOIP service, I personally have tried the Ecuadorian published phone number (593) 8888896983 for Customer Service - it rings and rings, no reply. My VOIP hangs up after 10 rings so I have no idea of the wait time. As that is the ONLY way to contact them, can you (Marina or Selvan) contact them internally and ask them what's going on? Also perhaps you could contact the OP privately and sort this mess out. Please hurry as time is running out.
