On 31/12/2021 I received a mail informing me of outo-renewal and the amount went of my CC. I deactivated outo-renewal immediately. I whish to no longer make use of McAfee. According to website info a refund will be done if cancelled within the 30 days of expiring date which is 30/01/2022. On deactivating I received deactivating confirmation email from McAffee. Following website instructions I tried to activate refund request which was impossible! I keep being informed I need to call USA nr- which I did - note that this is at international call cost as I am phoning from UAE. For 5 days in a row I called this number on all different times since the website stated it is a 24/7 service. Holding on each time for more than 10 min and last effort for 20min with NO results.
Please assist in the refund request.
