We stopped something dangerous popping up every time MS Outlook starts

For the past three days I have been getting a McAfee message pop advising WE STOPPED SOMETHING DANGEROUS, this happens every time I start MS Outlook.

To the best of my knowledge there have been no changes or updates to Outlook or McAfee in that time - none that I've initiated anyway.

Is there a reason this has started to happen?

thanks Tony
