I was charged PHP 2400 this morning for an auto-renewal fee that I don't recall turning on. I saw that I can get a refund for auto renewal annual subscription 60 days from purchase, so I want to avail of this.
I have already tried going through the "Contact McAfee" webpage and I called my country's respective number provided for refund requests but the call never connects. I also tried raising the concern to an online chat representative and he told me he would initiate a call-back, but I haven't received one yet.
Therefore, I'm requesting help here because I cannot seem to get into contact with McAfee any other way.

Thank you for your reply, but the chat option doesn't help because they cannot issue the refund from their end and I have to call McAfee which also doesn't work because the call doesn't connect.
What I want to do is refund the auto-renewal.
